He is the Founder of MorningStar Ministries, a multi-faceted mission organization known around the world.

Retired Lieutenant General

LTG (R) W.G. “Jerry” Boykin was one of the original members of the U.S. Army’s Delta Force. He was privileged to ultimately command these elite warriors in combat operations. Later, Jerry Boykin commanded all the Army’s Green Berets as well as the Special Warfare Center and School. Currently, Jerry serves as Family Research Council’s Executive Vice President and is an ordained minister with a passion for spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging Christians to become warriors in God’s kingdom.

Musician

Known by musicians around the world as the “Minister of Groove,” Zoro is an internationally-renowned rock star and one of the world’s most respected and award-winning drummers. Zoro breaks the “rock star” stereotype as more than a drummer but a dreamer. With his deep passion for teaching, inspiring, and guiding others to follow their own dreams, his star-studded musical career has catapulted him to a different stage as a motivational speaker, dynamic storyteller, and inspirational author. Zoro shares practical wisdom that empowers people to cultivate the greatness that lies within them and to live out their dreams. In 2009, Zoro established Zoro International Ministries (ZIM), a nonprofit organization that equips young adults with the essential tools needed to harness, develop, and share their gifts, so they can live a life of intention, impact, and creative adventure.

MorningStar Worship Director

Kelanie Webb is a prophetic worship leader, songwriter, recording artist and teacher. She is also the MorningStar Worship Director and leads the MSU School of Worship. She has been leading worship for over twenty years. Her passion and energy in worship beckons everyone to press in for a deeper encounter with Jesus. Through her songs and her teaching, she encourages individuals to not only pour out their hearts to the Lord, but also to release the sound of heaven as they tune into His heart and voice. Kelanie travels and ministers in churches, worship schools and conferences across the United States and in many other nations.
