He is the Founder of MorningStar Ministries, a multi-faceted mission organization known around the world.

Vice President of Spiritual Services

Tom Hardiman is Vice President of Spiritual Services at MorningStar Ministries. He and his wife, Mary Anne, direct the MorningStar Fellowship of Ministries and Churches. They are members of the senior leadership team at MorningStar Fort Mill Church, and together they oversee a network of over four hundred pastors, churches, and ministries throughout the world. As a former Olympian and coach, Tom brings a wealth of team ministry to his messages. Tom’s heart is to strengthen and equip ministers and congregations to have the most impact on the world for Christ. His burden is for the restoration of spiritual warriors so that they are healed, equipped, and building again.

Women’s Pastor & MFM Director

A gifted teacher, Mary Anne has a desire to see the generations discover their purpose and vision to become effective kingdom builders. Mary Anne has a passion to also educate our nation about America’s true spiritual foundations. She travels with her husband and is a frequent speaker at MFM conferences. Mary Anne is also the director of MorningStar’s Women’s Ministry, Shine. Shine is building a community of strong women who are relentlessly pursuing the heart of the Father. Mary Anne and Tom have three married children and eight grandchildren.

Lance is the innovator who introduced the “Seven Mountains of Culture” as a fresh template to explain how the church must engage culture at the turn of the century.

Dr. Wallnau is a strategist, futurist and compelling communicator who has shared platforms with Ben Carson, Mike Pompeo and best-selling authors Ken Blanchard and John Maxwell. He has conducted training for the United Nations and spoken at Harvard, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and London School of Theology. With a thirty-year background consulting business and non-profits, Lance’s students represent a global tapestry spanning governments, CEOs, entertainers, and entrepreneurs.

MorningStar Worship Director

Kelanie Webb is a prophetic worship leader, songwriter, recording artist and teacher. She is also the MorningStar Worship Director and leads the MSU School of Worship. She has been leading worship for over twenty years. Her passion and energy in worship beckons everyone to press in for a deeper encounter with Jesus. Through her songs and her teaching, she encourages individuals to not only pour out their hearts to the Lord, but also to release the sound of heaven as they tune into His heart and voice. Kelanie travels and ministers in churches, worship schools and conferences across the United States and in many other nations.
